Shipping and Return Policy
Due to COVID 19 we are experiencing minor delays in order processing. Please keep in mind that due to the types of products that we sell, and to be in compliance with public health regulations ALL sales are final. There are no cancelations, no refunds can be given, nor items returned. (See rules for exception below).

Once you are finished shopping and place your items in the cart, continue to the shopping cart to place your order. Once you have completed all requested information and the order has been placed (e.g., you have submitted the order), unfortunately, the order cannot be edited and there are no cancellations.
General Rules Regarding Shipping
When do you ship?
We are in Oak Park, California. We ship Monday - Friday via USPS first class and priority mail. For first class shipping it is typically 7-14 business days transit time, and for priority shipping it is typically 4 to 7 business days transit time.
We typically process orders within 48 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days for processing, in addition to shipping time. For any questions on arrival times, please don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
UPDATE: Due to Covid-19, the USPS has announced possible shipping delays. Please allow additional shipping time, which are roughly 7-10 business days to ship your order, and that may be extended due to government shutdowns or employee shortages which are out of our control. Thanks for understanding!
Order confirmation or tracking via email.
We send out email updates when your order is shipped and when it is delivered. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive these updates, as it may be in there. Please also ensure your email is correct on your order. We will send you a tracking number when your order is shipped so you can check with USPS as well to track your shipment.
Are there any States within the U.S. that you do not ship to?
We do not ship items to Alaska or Hawaii; nor do we ship items to any U.S. territory such as Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time.
Shipping rates can easily be seen during the checkout process prior to placing your final order. The rates displayed are reflective of shipping and handling. Sometimes, there is a large amount of packaging material that is used to ensure items are shipped safely to the customer and our shipping rates are reflective of those packaging and handling rates. In most cases you will still find that our shipping rates are drastically lower than our competition because we take great care in using the appropriate packaging which helps to cut down on costs and we can pass these savings to you!
Hazardous Shipping Information for Oils, Fragrances and Body Sprays
Shipments of items such as essential oils, fragrances, and body sprays that have a flash point of 60.5 degrees Celsius (°C) or less are considered hazardous materials (Class 3 Flammable Liquids). Flammable Liquids with a flash point at or above 38 degrees Celsius (°C) can be exempted from the hazmat regulations when shipped by ground but are fully regulated by air transport. Any item designated as a hazardous material may incur higher shipping costs and longer shipping times.

Possible exception, if any of the following issues occurs, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of receipt of your order:
you received the incorrect product
the product was visibly damaged upon arrival
For delivery of an incorrect product- In the email, clearly let us know that you received the incorrect product, what product you purchased and the product that you did receive. Upon receiving the requested information, we will contact you in a timely manner, by phone or email to discuss the matter (please make sure that you provide the correct contact information). You may be asked to send us the item that you received. If so, we will let you know where to send the item. The returned item must be sent within fourteen (14) business days of the request.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
For a potentially defective item- there must be a visible damage to the item. In the email please provide details of the product and the defect. We may ask you to send a picture of the claimed defective product as well. If this request is made, kindly send this photo within 24 hours of the request. You may be asked to send us the potentially defected item. If so, we will let you know where to send the item. The returned item must be sent within fourteen (14) business days of the request.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
If the Return Policy allows for a return, or we otherwise agree to a return in writing, we do not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment/shipping center, which must occur within fourteen (14) business days of the return approval confirmation. We will only issue a refund or return upon receiving the returned item at our fulfillment/shipping center.
Changes to Our Shipping and Return Policy
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change our Shipping and Return Policy at any time by posting revised terms to this policy. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to this policy. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this policy or other terms means you accept the changes.
